Orders will be processed within the next business day from purchase and you will receive a confirmation email from us. Orders placed after 12 PM CST are treated as if they came in the next business day.

At checkout, the estimated delivery dates for supported shipping rates are listed for your choosing.

Refund + Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds, rather we provide In-Store Credit and/or Exchanges.

Our policy lasts 7 days after your product was delivered. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you In-Store Credit or an Exchange.

To be eligible for In Store Credit or an Exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This includes, but is not limited to: makeup residue, perfume scents, deodorant marks, ect.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged or returned for in-store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or returned for in-store credit.

Return Shipping 
Customers are responsible for return shipping. 

HOLIDAY SEASON POLICY

From November 15th to December 23rd, if you put in the order notes "GIFT" we will allow customers to return products for a store credit until January 5th of the on coming year. Please contact hello@efectocollection.com with any questions
